Em Portugal, quem pretenda, no sector vitivinícola, ser armazenista, engarrafador, exportador ou importador, fabricante de vinagre de vinho, negociante sem estabelecimento, preparador, produtor, vitivinicultor, vitivinicultor-engarrafador, tem obrigatoriamente de se increver no IVV - Instituto da Vinha e do Vinho.

Volte-Face – Wines of Change, já está inscrita! Sem esta inscrição não seria possível a próxima: a inscrição na CVR – Comissão Vitivinícola Regional.

E já está escolhida a região de origem do vinho que vamos engarrafar....logo.... em que CVR irá ser feita a inscrição. Teremos um VolteFace do Douro? Alentejano? De Lisboa? Ou Tejo... É tinto? Ou branco? Ou os dois???

In Portugal, who intends, in the wine sector, to be storekeeper, bottler, importer or exporter, manufacturer of wine vinegar, no property dealer, trainer, producer, winemaker and winegrower,winemaker/winegrower- bottler, has necessarily to subscribe to the IVV – Instituto da Vinha e do Vinho (Vine and Wine Institute).

Volte-Face - Wines of Change, is already registered! Without this registration it would’t be possible the next: the registration on the CVR - Comissão Vitivinícola Regional (Regional Wine Commission).

And the region of origin of the wine to be bottled is already chosen… then, in which CVR would the registration be made. Will we have a Douro VolteFace? Or Alentejo? Eventually Lisbon? Or Tagus ... Is it red? Or white? Or both??
